At Norvèe, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Must include original packaging and tags
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

• Defective items
• Incorrect items received

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
